Quick, look outside — it’s nice out, isn’t it? The seemingly never-ending cloud cover over Massachusetts have finally drifted elsewhere, revealing all sorts of sunshine and good vibes. So today on Morning Glory we played Quesday accordingly, asking listeners about their favorite alt-indie summer anthems.

We asked, and y’all replied. Morning Glory host Michael Marotta kicked off the discussion with Justice’s “D.A.N.C.E.” and Suede’s “Beautiful Ones,” and Paul Driscoll came in on-point off the jump with The Libertines’ “Don’t Look Back Into The Sun” and “My Girls” by Animal Collective.

We got a ton of responses across all our social media platforms, and played a bunch on air (like MGMT’s “Kids”; Jonathan Richman’s “That Summer Feeling”; The Drums’ “Let’s Go Surfing”; and “Girls’ “Lust For Life”).

Check out the responses via Twitter below, and join in the conversation as this week’s Quesday topic runs through Paul Driscoll’s afternoon show from 2 to 6 p.m.
