Summertime is the true daydream season, and today on indie617 we’re daydreaming about the music of the 2000s. Our Quesday topic was one we pretty much all had a great answer for, no matter what you were listening to in the first boundary-less decade: What was the coolest song on your iPod?

It came as no surprise, but the responses on Twitter came hard and heavy, taking us back to the days when we all had bangs, learned html the hard way, and learned to love the mp3.

Morning Glory got the discussion started with a trio of tunes: “Munich” by Editors; “This Modern Love” by Bloc Party; and “Upon This Tidal Wave of Young Blood” by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.

What did listeners mention? Franz, Hard-Fi, Maximo Park, Bon Savants, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin, Radio 4, and on and on and on…

Hit the Twitter link below to find out the others, and listen to Morning Glory every weekday from 7 to 10 a.m., only on indie617.com
