Well, we’ve been hyping this fall’s concert slate quite a bit around indie617, and, specifically, a few select dates on the calendar where the nights are just tacked with options. Tonight (September 19) is one of those nights.

In fact, tonight and the entire oncoming weekend is just packed with great live music options, and this morning on Morning Glory, we ran through some of our faves on our weekly Nighttime Glory segment. It all begins tonight with a bunch of rad shows — Orville Peck at ONCE; Tropical Fuck Storm at Great Scott; Bloc Party at House of Blues; and Phantom Planet at The Sinclair.

From there, the going is just as good: Our Natty Seltzer with Rival Island Friday night at T’s Pub, and the RIDE show next door at The Paradise. On Saturday, we have Sigrid at the ‘Dise; Bleached, The Paranoyds, and Lady Pills at Brighton Music Hall; and Massive Attack at the Boch Center. Hell, even Mac Demarco is in town, Sunday at The Orpheum.

Lots going down. Hear me rant about them all, and more, below.
